The Alabama Youth Homes, Inc. has been thinking of ways to help children as well as the environment. We have begun a campaign called "The Going Green Project". We have recently changed the way we do mailings to cut down on the use of paper and in turn reduce waste. The Going Green Project helps everyone. For example, the public will no longer have to deal with envelopes from the Alabama Youth Homes, Inc. This cuts down on the amount of paper you throw away, which in turn helps the environment. This also helps reduce production cost in the preparation phase of the mailings. This in turn, allows us to provide more for our children. Anytime you see the letters GGP know that this is yet another way we are trying to help displaced children in our communities.
